INFORMATION
I offer online psychotherapy to individuals who are 18 years and older

Online Psychotherapy
Online psychotherapy takes place over a secure video chat service such as: Google Meets/Teams/Zoom.
Online psychotherapy follows the same process as it would if we met in-person and can be just as beneficial as in-person psychotherapy.
I adhere to the same ethical guidelines set out by the HPCSA to govern our therapeutic relationship.
Therapy sessions are normally 51-60 minutes in duration.
I run a cash practice and my fee for 2026 is R1300. Once you have paid, your medical aid will refund you the medical aid rate, should you have funds.

Who is it for?
-
I see individuals who are 18 years or older for online therapy
-
Individuals who are looking for a convenient way to attend therapy
-
Expats seeking therapy in English
-
Individuals with mobility challenges or whose lifestyles/work hours etc. do not allow for in-person psychotherapy
Please note: Online therapy is not an appropriate medium if you are seriously depressed, have serious substance dependence, or you are experiencing intense suicidal or homicidal thoughts. Seeing a mental health professional face-to-face is recommended in these situations.
